How to Get Your Money Back.
In order to get your refund, please follow the simple steps below:
Purchase
Purchase eligible Gold Bond products. Please see the Terms and Conditions for list of qualifying products.
Save Receipt
Save the original, dated, store identified receipt (or packing slip for online purchases).
Submit
Complete the guarantee registration form by entering your name, address, phone, email, place of purchase, purchase date, purchase price, product purchased, payment option and the reason you are not satisfied with the product.
Upload
Upload a picture of your receipt from your qualifying purchase dated between July 5, 2023 and December 31, 2024. Limit one (1) refund per household.
Click "Continue" to submit your refund request.
Receive
Once your refund request has been verified, your refund will be sent to you within 6 weeks.
